Custom Order Cancellation Policy

At Seat Doctor Upholstery, we strive to deliver high-quality custom products tailored to your specifications. However, due to the nature of custom orders, we reserve the right to cancel any custom order under certain circumstances. Below is our policy regarding the cancellation of custom orders:

Custom Order Definition

A custom order refers to any product that is made to specific requirements, including but not limited to, size, color, design, or personalization, as specified by the customer.

Reservation of Rights to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel a custom order for the following reasons:

  • Payment Issues: If payment is not completed or is flagged as fraudulent, we may cancel the order.
  • Inaccurate or Incomplete Information: If the information provided for the custom order is inaccurate or incomplete and cannot be corrected in a timely manner.
  • Production Constraints: If we encounter unforeseen production issues that prevent us from fulfilling the order as specified.
  • Compliance: If the custom order involves content or specifications that do not comply with our policies or legal regulations.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes) that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Cancellation Process

If we decide to cancel a custom order, we will:

  • Notify You: Contact you via the email or phone number provided with the order.
  • Refund: If payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 10 (ten) business days for the refund to be processed.

Customer Initiated Cancellations

Once a custom order has been placed, it may not be possible to cancel or modify the order due to the custom nature of the product. If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your request, but cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

Modifications

If you need to make changes to your custom order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins. Once production has started, modifications may not be possible.
